This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued. By enrolling in any Backtest Trading Academy course, you agree to the terms below.

✅ General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for payments made through the following modes:

  • UPI / QR Code

  • Net Banking

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

  • Cash

❌ Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • EMI (Debit/Credit Card)

  • Education Loan or Finance-based payments

💰 Refund Amount Based on Payment Method

Payment Method – Refund Eligibility

UPI / QR Code – ✅ 100% Refund (if eligible)

Payment via Link (Gateway) – ✅ 50% Refund (if eligible)

EMI or Loan-based Payment – ❌ No Refund

🎓 Course Refund Conditions

Refunds apply only to live classes and under these conditions:

  1. Minimum 3 classes must be attended (live or theory).

  2. Refund request must be sent within 14 days of course start.

  3. Recorded classes non-refundable.

  4. Seat booking / registration charges, taxes, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

  • Full name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Course name

  • Payment proof (screenshot/receipt)

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

❌ Refund Will Be Denied If:

  • Less than 3 classes were attended

  • Request is submitted after the 14-day window

  • Course is nearly completed or fully accessed

  • Payment was made through EMI or finance options

  • Required details are missing in the refund request

  • Recorded or subscription-based product was purchased
